1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VisaFlow application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

VisaFlow operates on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription model. Billing occurs automatically. Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of dashboard access.

3. Data Security and Privacy

We employ standard security measures (including Row Level Security) to protect the passport information and personal data uploaded by agencies. However, the agency acts as the Data Controller and must ensure they have permission to upload third-party passenger data.

4. Limitation of Liability

VisaFlow is not liable for delayed flights, rejected visas, or external geopolitical changes affecting immigration processing. The software is a tracking tool, not an authorized immigration representative.
