VisaFlow operates the VisaFlow ERP platform ("Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection And Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you:

• Account Data: Email addresses and agency profiles collected at signup.
• Passenger Data: Data uploaded by your agents, securely isolated within your tenant.
• Usage Data: How the Service is accessed and used.

2. Data Isolation and Security

VisaFlow utilizes Row Level Security (RLS) on scalable PostgreSQL infrastructure. Your passenger data is physically prohibited from being queried or viewed by other agencies operating on the VisaFlow platform.

3. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Upon subscription cancellation, your data will be securely soft-deleted and permanently dropped from our vaults within 30 days unless requested sooner.
